If an exact quote is not a requirement, we work with you to establish the basics of what you need the software to do and provide an Estimate based on a labor rate of $50 per hour.
We bill you periodically for the actual development time and conclude work only when the program is completed to your satisfaction. As the program takes shape, where you can visualize the possibilities, additional features may be desired for functionality, ease of use or faster data entry. We work with you closely during development to include the proper features to make your new program work proficiently in your business and help you achieve your goals. |

If you need a firm quote on a finished program, we work with you to define exactly what you need the software to do and provide a Quote based on a labor rate of $80 per hour.
We bill you periodically according to an agreed upon payment schedule as development proceeds. If additional features are desired during development that were not included in the initial quote, those additions will be agreed upon and billed separately at a labor rate of $50 per hour. |
